For defective media reports, this information goes directly to MAM-A’s customer support for review and will be sent to your reseller or distributor.  If a refund is needed, it must be obtained from your place of purchase.  Do not return media without a Return Media Authorization (RMA) number.  We are an ISO 9001:2000 certified facility and will not accept unauthorized returns.
