	Mitsui Advanced Media Announces NEW E-COMMERCE SITE

COLORADO SPRINGS, CO. – November 2, 1999 – Mitsui Advanced Media, Inc., a subsidiary of Mitsui Chemicals America, Inc., and leading manufacturer of CD-Recordable (CD-R) media, today announced the grand opening of its new e-commerce web-site, mitsuicdrstore.com (http://www.mitsuicdrstore.com). The site will make select Mitsui CD-R brand products available direct to anyone who has access to the Internet.

Due to a high demand from the consumer and small business markets, Mitsui will offer a selection of its specialty products direct from mitsuicdrStore.com. Some of the sites initial offerings include Digital Audio CD-R for Consumers, Mitsui Xtra Files 10-pack box, Mitsui 3.95GB DVD-R and our new iMac* colored discs. To keep the site fresh and give online consumers new options, new listings will be added periodically.

The Mitsui Xtra-Files™ 10-Pack provides high quality CD-R media and a unique, color-coded indexing system in a functional space-saving file box for efficient data storage. The package contains: 10 Mitsui CD-R discs in Tyvek sleeves, a full color sheet of self-adhesive indexing decals for efficient labeling, functional, sturdy file box for self storage. The complete package retails for $21.99.

Mitsui's 3.95GB DVD-Recordable Discs are highly specialized, write-once media for high volume storage and retrieval. Mitsui DVD-R are suitable for data storage of any type; DVD-Video, DVD-Rom or DVD-Audio. The 4.7 GB DVD-R will be available in early 2000. Available in jewel case, they retail for $39.50.
